Aunt Ruby's German Green
Aunt Ruby'is German Green produces pale green, 12 ~n 16 ounce beefsteak fruit that are smooth yet have a weird shape. The tomatoes are sweet and juicy and even a little spicy! The variety was developed by Ruby Arnold of Greenville, Tennessee.

Medium sized tomato ripening to a green color, with cream/yellow spots and stripes. The flavor is generally considered excellent and this variety often makes top ten lists for its taste. The Green Zebra is used heavily in salads and salsa for its mild sweet-acidic flavor blend.

Tomato - Aunt Rubys German Green
The Tomato Pole Aunt Ruby\'s German Green, \'Lycopersicon lycopersicum\', is an old Heirloom variety. It is not the prettiest tomato, but it is spicy and sweet and very delicious. We think Aunt Ruby\'s German Green is the best flavored green tomato.

Green Grape
Green Grape' was selected from a cross of two or more heirloom varieties. Ripe fruits are yellow-green: green at the shoulder, green with yellow veins at mid-section, and translucent yellow-green at the blossom end (resembling large Muscat grapes). Flesh and juice are green.

Persimmon
The strong, indeterminate vines of this heirloom bear huge, beefsteak-type, slicing tomatoes that ripen toward the end of summer. The lovely, peachy-orange colors deepen from its softly dented, light green shoulders to the bottom of its plump, globe-shaped fruit.

Black From Tula
Known in Russia as "Czerno Tulski Tomat, " these beefsteak tomatoes are black with green shoulders. They grow to be about 12 ounces with a 3^i ~n 4^i diameter. Their flavor is sweet and rich, yet smoky. Yields are good, and Black From Tula grow well in the heat.
