Black Plum

These mahogany colored tomatoes have a unique, oval shape. The fruit are 2-4 ounces, and the skins are thin. These make for great paste tomatoes, with a sweet, fruity flavor, they are also great off the vine or in salads. Some prefer this variety for spaghetti sauce because of the nice rich color.
